Purchase data: your email address, name if provided, country and the details of your order. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never reaches our servers.

Email data: delivery status of the emails we send you (delivered, opened, bounced) so we can make sure your access email arrives.

Technical data: basic request data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.

To deliver the product you bought and provide support (performance of a contract).

To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

To protect the site against fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).

We use a small number of processors: Stripe (payments), our hosting and email infrastructure provider (site delivery and transactional email). They only process data on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data.

Order and accounting records are kept as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires. Support emails and email delivery logs are kept only as long as needed for support and deliverability.

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email support@brandifyideas.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

We use only the technical storage needed to run the site and complete checkout. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies without your consent.
