Terms of Service

The Instagram Sales System is a digital educational product consisting of modules, frameworks and access to a private community. Access is delivered by email immediately after a successful payment.

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the material or your access links with anyone else.

The current price is $97 USD, charged as a one-time payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

You get lifetime access to the material as long as the product exists. Hosting platforms, community tools and links may change over time, and we may update, improve or replace parts of the material.

We may suspend access if the licence terms are broken, for example if material is shared publicly or resold.

The material is educational. We share what has worked for us and our clients, but we do not guarantee any specific result, revenue, follower growth or sales. Your results depend on your market, offer, effort and execution.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

The private community requires respectful behaviour. Spam, harassment, promotion of unrelated offers and sharing of paid material can lead to removal without refund.
